Athletics. The Games. This is an informal 'clinic' of all the highland heavy athletics. This is an excellent opportunity for 'newbies' to give this a try and learn what it's about without going on your own and maybe developing bad throwing habits. Likewise even the seasoned throwers can learn from this clinic approach, without the pressure of recorded scores. You are invited to bring your own 'toys' if you like.
One note: the Games field is basically dirt, dusty, dirty - get the idea? Don't wear your best hose, but do wear your sport kilt.
